Are new hires still getting MSP or is it slowly becoming more senior?

As much as I would love to read through over 500 pages of text I'd rather not haha. I just had a few questions, I'm a new guy just doing his casual airline search.
Skywest seems interesting. How do you guys who work there now enjoy it?
Whats the upgrade time to Captain? How long are you on reserve as an FO and what are your "junior" bases? When is your contract up and how well do you feel it is now?
I'm an east coast guy, originally. So i'd like to stay near this side of the coast for a base (IAH/ORD)

From what I've gathered: Most guys are happy working at SKW, ORD is a junior base and may be getting busier, current upgrade around 2 years, CRJ guys waiting up to a month to start IOE out of initial, reserve about 4 months depending on base (probably about that for ORD), not union and current contract good for a couple more years.
If you're happy to live in ORD, I think SKW would be you're best choice of the regionals.

How is SLC now more obtainable than MSP?! Lol maybe I should reconsider just moving out there instead of MSP plans.
