Southwest flushes apps on file each window. Closed complete just means you weren’t selected to interview for that window or if it’s really fast it means you don’t meet the minimums.

Go back in and make sure you clicked the right boxes for having a class one medical, speak English, are old enough, etc on both the company app and ICIMS. Basically all the minimums listed in the job posting.

So why do 6 previous windows remain in Received Submission status? Don’t they only select from the current window and if not what’s the point of the windows?

I don’t know if it was mentioned previously, but I have it on good authority that “when” you submit your application during the hiring window matters, i.e., the day the window opens versus when it closes. Also, the more times you apply, the better too. So keep trying! I didn’t get the call the first time.

Yes, but nothing has changed on my dashboard. My first two attempts say "closed, complete" but my last four applications including the that opened this past Monday all say "submission received". I'm reaching the end of my rope here.
