september vacancy numbers come out the same day prelim VSP results are posted. Displacements and downgrades are a possibility to rebalance things

I kind of thought that getting rid of 200 to 400 captains would mitigate downgrades....

What if you get downgraded on ExTo? Hmm

I really thought the company wouldnt allow downgrades to happen by metering the exto requests. What a Bummer if you got downgraded because of voluntary leaves.
