I feel like Jack Torrance every time I stay at the Overlo ... I mean, the Grand.
But the breakfast across the street at Little America makes it worth the night terrors.

I can't remember the exact reason why SWAPA chose not to participate in the CAB, but it was in the 2000's when that decision was made. SWAPA was especially company-friendly back then. Why it's not a priority now to get retake some voice or control over the CAB is beyond me.
