14 of the FTC instructors got hired in the last round. Supposedly the company is working with both unions to try to come up with a mutually advantageous method to keep them in the training center while not hurting their line seniority.
They better do it fast because those guys can get hired at other airlines, too. Maybe it's already done.

You’re not wrong. It will be 7 months from the initial email invite to class start date for me.

What month do you start class? December has the first newhire classes since Covid, and I believe the rest of the EXTOs come back in January and February. At least that’s what I remember.

March 15th was first available. The email said to do the CBTs and be ready to start earlier.
