I know he didn't. He never lied to anyone, he just said he did. He also didn't jedi mind trick any regulators. He just said that because he convinced one group to do something (AEG) that the group in charge (AOG) had already decided.
Mark has never worked anywhere for very long. That should tell you something. This guy wasn't smart enough and was definitely too lazy to be a part of some big coverup and conspiracy. Stacey Klein from the AEG that testified against him on Monday and showed there was no need to lie to the FAA, she proved the FAA is clueless enough without someone having to lie to them.

“[Stacey Klein] had no engineering background, her airplane experience was very limited,” Ludtke said, suggesting that the head of the FAA team in charge of overseeing the development of the Max 8 training requirements was not particularly qualified to do so. “It was just an impossible scenario,” he added.

I see exactly what you wrote? Do you know him personally? If not, how would you know he is too lazy or stupid? Me thinks you're just ****ed because he got off, as he should have. Like I said, 12 people heard the evidence and they found him not guilty. So hopefully the guy writes a books and makes lot of money about the whole ordeal one day.

yes I do know him. From the Air Force and Boeing. Still had to deal with him when he was working a SWA. I knew he was going to be acquitted when this whole thing started. He didn’t do anything criminal. Not sure where you got I think he was guilty from.
