You seem to have some serious confusion about stereotypes and current triggers. Is your mask cutting off some blood flow?

If you go lost comm for any length of time you are surely aware that ATC will first attempt to reach you on guard. If you’re not monitoring, you could well exceed a 15 minute lost comm window which will result in a “possible pilot deviation” due to recent DHS guidelines. Ask me how I know. That in itself makes monitoring guard prudent. Not inconvenient if the children in our skies stayed home. Or maybe grow up?

While we are at it, can we cut out “over and out”? Had a buddy pilot named Roger and he wasn’t happy about his name used over and over again on the radio. Also, let’s boycott “TallyHo”, another friend of mines wife was named Tally and she was not happy to here her named used like that.

Using the term SNAP is an easy tell for the guy who still brings his brain bag, wears the latest in white new balance technology, has a sick phone holster, and gets visibly uncomfortable when briefing male flight attendants.

Oh, and meow.
