MDW captain with the initials BG?

Each to their own but he should keep that to himself. I want to be with my family to much. I don’t even like flying my line and flying isn’t my life. But we should be paid a hell of a lot more to do this crap.

MCO. He is not the highest earner, he just brags that he is , along with pictures of his new wife . He will be gone soon .



The MDW guy is nuts also , about as unstable as they come .

We have some characters for sure. I flew with BG early in my tenure. Nice guy, but you have to have a screw loose to keep up that level of stress for years on end.

He was not what I would call "FO friendly". He recently spent some of his precious time to come on to the union forum and rail on SWAPA for stealing his money which they ended up negotiating for him anyway. Sheesh.

I’ve ridden his jumpseat. Like you said, nice guy but man was he checked out! The poor FO had to answer half the radio calls even though it was his turn to fly. Probably the best example of SW flying burnout that I’ve seen.

He enjoys picking up POT ,while others at his base are walking a picket line .
