Don’t worry, middle “leadership” will play the internal blame game. Upper management will blame the weather and how the other airlines had the same issues. Oh and during the town hall VP level will tell front line employees “it’s time to move on” from the Warn notices given.
Ultimately there is no accountability for these meltdowns, or any issues for that matter (coming from a non pilot NOC guy who doesn’t drink the kool aid).

Just finished a 4 day during the meltdown. Flew 4 legs, blocked 9 hrs. Last two days only DH. Everything at premium because of reroutes etc
watched seasons 4&5 of better call saul in the back of the plane and drank about 15 dr peppers.

Just finished a 4-day trip. Blocked 3 hours. THREE. Embarrassed, and angry. These poor parents with these kiddos. What I witnessed at 3 AM at one of our MAJOR stations was UNSAT. There will be zero accountability. I want to love the company I work for…I just can’t.

Remember what happened to Breeze CEO David Neeleman when JetBlue had a huge operational meltdown years ago? He was relieved of his duties pretty soon after that. Wonder if that will be the same case at SWA. Someone’s gotta take the fall
