I agree move the SAV up. This is remarkable and I dont even qualify for it. How any leader of this company could in good conscience take a payout right now is beyond me. Hell, even if you want to take it, delay it a year just for the pure optics of it all.

Unfortunately, we’re still in the minority as far as wanting to grab the pitchforks and baseball bats. Most of the people I fly with still don’t have a fire under their a$$. I don’t envy SWAPA’s job to motivate and educate these people.
Besides, DLA’s TA will pass on March 1st which is even more ammunition that can be used to hopefully motivate the apathetic ones into actually giving a damn. Their 737-700/800 rates will be at $380.60/hr. or $331.24/TFP at DOS +3. That’s $85.60 more a trip that what we have now.
