Another red line for me: new hires consolidating on hard lines. You want to make sure they don’t have to go to the sim? Ok. FUPM. Pull my trip with pay and give it to them.

Or put them on the top of the RCO until they’re consolidated.
Is there truth that they are getting two months now?

the LN is new and not in the agreement. I think that’s going to be grieved. Not getting paid for a trip you didn’t want back because you stacked something nest to it? Great! Lowers your block and maybe puts you below the cap.

From what I've seen, f they get done with IOE early in the month, the company will make them a line to the end of the month, and then the following the month they'll have a consolidation month. I think that's how they end up with essentially 2 months.

If they finish early in the month. They pull trips out of open time. That way they are getting trips flown for free.

It would be interesting to see how many hundreds of thousands (maybe millions?) of dollars the company has saved this year alone with this move. I hadn't really thought about it until someone on the other forum started asking about why elitt suddenly went from 30 trips to 4. That is 26 trips that would have been flown by you and me, many at premium pay, that are now given to new FOs to fly for nothing.
As someone else said, this is a FO problem, so it won't get solved in our new contract since FOs aren't even actual people.

Agree. There’s also nothing in the CBA about training pulls for OE. It’s all made up crap by Lead Sked.

I wanted it back because it eventually got pulled again for OE. I could’ve Elitted to a different trip so I was legal for the reinstatement (illegal by 10 min) but they dumped my trip in Elitt where it got sniped and then pulled again a few days later. CP’s couldn’t even pull the LN bar and due to VA I didn’t have much left for days off to make up the difference.

I don't remember this in the flight plan 2020. If not write your reps and ask for an updated flight plan. 2020 was a long time ago and outdated.
