Default Does WN tricks us into accepting this perk?

So question....

Yes. I an a FA, I know that means a lot of you will automatically want to discard this message and me to a different hotel....

But a real question.

Every year... WN throws out these few 20% off codes to us as a "reward."

Yet.... I have a close friend at DL who tells me that DL employees ALWAYS get 20% off regular fare tickets for both themselves AND ANYONE on their rss benefits....

So.... these 20% off codes we get.... does anyone know..... should these be something we ALWAYS get since its standard at other carriers?

Hell even when I worked for a regional airline I got 20% off any AA ticket. It’s pathetic we don’t get that here.

Lol. Yes, we should be getting that and a lot of other “perks” (like paid-for airport parking) that are industry-standard pretty much everywhere except here. Somebody will correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe pilots and maybe FA’s at The Big 3 get some number of positive space tickets on their airline for themselves and at least one other family member every year.

But we work for the airline of “Luv” and “Nutz” where, for the longest time, we were the home of employees who’d prefer “a little less cash” in exchange for the CEO telling us he loves us, and hearing about the pictures of employees that bedecked the walls of the GO, and pickle ball tournaments, and culture rallies, and, and, and PROFIT SHARING!!!!!

Oh, profit sharing. Sad trombone…

According to SWALife, SWA has awarded $6.1 billion in profit sharing over the last 4 decades.
Delta has awarded $9.2 billion since 2010.

Delta’s pilots get $250 million in profit sharing for the last quarter. With 14,500 pilots plus 17% NEC next year on this past quarter’s profit sharing, that works out to be more than $20K per pilot in profit sharing in one quarter.

But we’ve still got pickle ball stories we get to hear about and BoJo telling us he loves us very, very much. I think we might also get a 10% discount on a Herb Kelleher bobble head doll at the culture store.

I do not doubt that bolded portion at all.
I just don't know who is and who is Not. Or, who is looking to cause a problem(get money in a law suit). That is the issue, and that I will never be afforded the benefit of the doubt when accusations fly which are refuted by video evidence.
We are nothing more than a 'clean kill' and a water cooler story up at HungerGames Headquarters.
