This us where the industry is failing its pilots. Everyone wants to be equal with the others or slightly better rather than say "we make this much for the company so we want to be compensated as such" We are the most productive pilots in the world. Why limit our pay to what delta makes? |

If they did that here, they’d cancel the insurance once you went out on sick leave and it became apparent that you might need it. 🙄

I completely agree with all of your demands listed in the previous post to bring us up to The Big 3. That said, how likely do you think they are to agree to those without their fleet getting forcibly parked?
