AM or PM trip, doesn’t matter. I could care less about separate hotels as long as a standard is met. BUT, after the aircraft is secured from our end …. We bounce. If the FA’s have an issue with the inbound crew sitting at the gate waiting for their last few minutes before required to show to cover through passengers or the inbound crew refuses to help clean…. Not my issue. If we have the same hotel, “I’ll see you at the van in 5 or I’ll send it back”….. we aren’t on the same schedule and we shouldn’t act that way. There is an issue in the FA culture that they need to fix between themselves and I could care less.

This all day. I don't socialize with them but don't really care enough about them to banish them from my hotel. I just don't want to wait for them. Ever. They take forever to do seemingly small tasks. I waited 10 minutes for them to get to the top of the jetway after shutdown yesterday. What were they doing? Then there is always a slow walker. We are no longer allowrd

I think there will be enough poison pills in this TA, it may be hard to pass. Hotels for some, coterm, retro, rates, vac bidding, objectively industry leading STD/LTD(we will need to see what that means), all ancillary items etc.

Time is my currency. 20 minutes here, 30 minutes there adds up. At the end of a career, you can wait days for flight attendants. It's a big deal to me.
