Can we just fix the 1st year and rest of the FO percentages instead of this new hires get 2nd year for NOW any open time pick up instead of the pick up above original line credit?
Over all, I'm very underwhelmed by the exec summary and the contract comparison.
This may be leading as in catch up for SWA, but I dont see industry leading.

FOs top out making 70% of Captain pay as I read it. Wasn't that the threshold said elsewhere on here that FOs should make as a percentage of Captain pay?

Top FO percent in this TA is 70%, indsutry standard is 68.3%. The FO pay as a percent of Captain pay is about 2% higher in every year compared to other legacies. So what did we give up to have FOs make more here than at DA/UL/AA?

Delta and United don’t pay their 767-300 pilots true WB pay. They do pay 757-200 and -300 the same as 767-300 (at least at UAL) under new UPA/DPA. With the snap ups we each got I’m not even sure of the 1/2024 rates at UAL for NB or 767 (just went to 777) without digging but I’d say if you guys got 737 rates even close to our 757/767 rates that’s a win (on hourly rate/TFP front). Unless SWA starts some sort of premium cabin experience in which to increase yields, you’re going to have a hard time asking for real WB pay to fly a 737. I hope the rest of the agreement (most of the productivity/increased compensation opportunity in our UPA lives outside of the hourly pay matrix) contains the accoutrements you were fighting for.
