A pilot recalled from furlough shall be returned to the payroll on the day he resumes active employment. His TFP rate shall be the TFP rate for the crew position to which he has been recalled. 4. If a recalled pilot is unable to return to active flying service due to medical reasons, the following shall apply: a. If the pilot was on disability at the time of furlough, his eligibility for disability benefits shall be governed by Section 14 of this Agreement
