The point is that even when the company tries to beneficial change there is such huge pushback it's embarrassing.

I can't wait for the next EFB refresh so the typical whiners can tell us how great the old EFB was... the same EFB they hated when it was issued 3 years ago, and how ****ed they are to have to coordinate a delivery time.
