Yeah, well the mismanagement of this company has been anything but “temporary” for quite a while now. Talk to your union reps. They have less confidence that these clowns in DAL actually know what the hell they’re doing or have a viable plan going forward.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but stop asking dishonest idiots questions so I can go scarf down some lunch before our CPT.

You guys slay me. I mean, it obviously isn't sunshine and rainbows right now, but the sky isn't falling. Our sole source aircraft manufacturer isn't manufacturing as many airplanes as they should. It is forcing us to be capacity constrained. They will eventually work out their issues, albeit slowly.
Look at all the numbers in the quarterly earnings. We flew more pax and had more revenue than last year. We are still growing capacity for the rest of the year, just not as fast as we had originally planned. Our head count is too high because they hired for that increase in capacity. They are taking this opportunity to quit digging a hole in some of the money losing stations. Good.
This will work its way out. We aren't shrinking and the world is not ending. Guys on TOF are predicting bankruptcies for crying out loud. I am not happy about the way things are going right now either, but this too shall pass.
