Easy online reserves plus SWA has no desire to do anything that benefits the pilot group. They will always use a crisis to negotiate away what we earned. I won’t take reduced pay. The only CM should say is no. But he and SWApull aren’t about enforcing the contract.

They want reduced pay as they bring in D225 pilots online and pay to pull the lines of pilots to sit at home and chat w the 225 cadets. They company loves to **** away money and then squeeze money from the frontline pilots . Look at the boards of some of the pilots working the D225 , they get paid to stay at home and them pick up when they want to .

Hmmm that wouldn’t be me. I’m fine with it. SWApull will come to the companies rescue. I never want to be JAed though and wont be unless I want to do it. How’s that co terminal dream looking?

the fact that mgmt is still letting D225 pilots in the door while we are bloated on pilots is so laughable. If the economy really starts slowing like it is showing, then they will quickly find out what being the plug means

Dream? More like your obsession, and my meh-whatever. How's that mind of yours that's 3/4 lost on trivial BS?
