Anyone have the details on the rumor our BoD voted to try and have are vacation overlap changed?

As always, the skeptics come out but don’t have the full picture. Anytime you can put language that codifies what is already in practice is a good thing. SWAPA comm should have done a better job explaining. In the end, a nothing burger. SRC Chairman did a good job explaining what they were trying to do.

I don’t pretend to know but the intent of what SRC Chairman explained was clear. Something that is practiced by the company and is agreement with SWAPA should be codified in language. Fix it.

I agree the language should be codified but maybe this language wasn't correct and that's why 17 -10 NO .
Or maybe they did a bad job of educating the BOD.
sure would be nice if we got more than " what's being said on FB is false".
