CPO email was sent out a little while ago, stated that FO hiring announcement is "Imminent".

That’s great news. Do you have a rough idea on what the company would be looking for flight time wise ?

So VP of flight ops JUST sent out an email regarding hiring.

Official numbers, 140 new hire pilots from the pool for November and December.

225 class in October still planned at 16.

I think we've got around 300 in the pool so the hiring before the end of this year does NOT look like it will include off the street hires, I'd expect that in 2026.

Keep your resume and logbook ready to go, you never know what will happen... I mean just 2 weeks ago this additional 140 was not planned at all.

I got the emails and the phone call today. The person that called me to make sure I was still interested in the job said he was a recruiter, but not a pilot recruiter, so he couldn't answer any specific questions. (I asked him if they were going to get to all of the outstanding CJO's into classes this year, and if not, about how many more CJO's are there than the 140ish spots).
I was just trying to gauge my % odds.
