We don’t. There are a number of pretty solid cold brew options out there from real coffee companies that we pass on because they’re probably 2c more expensive than the garbage we got from community.

Back in the day, was sitting in the Back between turns, and catering came on board to re-supply. It was summer and hot as he!!, this big Samoan looking guy was sweating and it was dripping into the ice drawer.
pretty much ended me drinking ANYTHING that I didn’t bring on board myself, including coffee.
But now that I think about it, he may have also had a part time job upstairs at Starbucks—so there’s that. What can you do?

Bags of ice sit out in the jet bridge or wherever on the ground, then they put the whole bag in the ice buckets, cut the bag open then pull the bag out leaving whatever was all over the bag in the ice buckets to mix with the ice. Not to mention the cup the FAs use that they then throw back into the ice bucket after it's been in their hard, on the counter etc. Might as well use their hands it's no different. Plus have you ever seen an ice bucket get removed for cleaning or replaced?

I never ever use any of the ice.
