Back in the ATR days I flew with probably the crustiest old salty captain ever. Huge out of specs mustache—during cruise he pulls out some porn mag, scissors (pre 9/11), and Elmer’s glue. Hands it all to me and in a deadpan voice and look says, “get to work.”

No, don't try to put conditions on it or qualify when/how something is or is not funny. It was funny all around, from every possible angle. Unless you're the person actually IN the photo, then I guess that might not be funny. But otherwise it's still funny. It's even funnier when it happens to the crusty old CA you're flying with, and an hour later at cruise you catch his eyes sneaking down to the panel behind which the secret stash was hidden, and then he slowly and quietly turns to gaze out his side window for a while. That's comedy gold right there, doubly so if he is silly enough to mention it to someone who loves posting to one of the meme pages. Then it's funny forever.

at a previous company everyone got the norovirus in the span of a week. One of the worst sicknesses I ever had. Lost 15lbs in 3 days and im not fat.
