Agree 100%.

The company is always late to align it’s hiring with it’s network strategy. Hence all the displacements.

The premium will flow like wine this summer when they pull lines to build redeye reserve and are barely covering attrition with hiring.

If the seat lock on downgrade was still 4 months instead of 6 months I'd seriously consider downgrading for summer...

Jun-Sep of just giving away everything and flying VDT is better than being a Captain flying a Fri-Mon AM line.

I don't tend to get sick and I don't take my vacation in the summer.

Outside of scoring a red eye line, I’ve found it difficult to clear my board. Oddly, DT is randomly assigned so no need for junior guys to pick up from TTGA. Yes, I’ve heard the explanation for the random assignment. Still makes no sense to me.
