Projection is out. Quite a few secondary vacancies for DEN allowing more senior people to move in, but since Denver was 0 nobody getting ROR. Certainly something overlooked in the contract.

Nobody gets ROR because the company doesn’t care. They set vacancy at 0 because the 3 months of hotels is expired and it doesn’t cost them a dime.
If you want to fix this next time we have to make the company create DH lines, temporary incentive vacancy transfers, etc.
