That's been a hard minimum for a very long time.

Are you a white male? If yes, you need the minimum.

I came from a Fortune 500 corporate gig. I work way more now than I did then, but I have more days off and some control over when they fall.

In this case, I am the ugly one, just tired of the cross country commute when their most junior most is a 30 minute drive from my house. No 73 type, so I never applied during previous windows.

My profile is already created, but I just went to the website and I can't log in to make any updates. As soon as the website loads, I get a message that says "An error has occurred. A message containing the details of this error have been sent to support. Please try again."

So it looks like it's down at the moment...

Anyone go to the WIA event this weekend in Dallas? How long were the lines for SWA compared to DL/UA/AA?

Is there anyway for a SWA pilot to submit an internal reference or recommendation? My friends at SWA aren't sure what to do. It used to be I could put their name and employee number on the Pilot Credentials application, however it doesn't seem like this exists anymore.

I did put their names on the corporate application (from the SWA website that is filled out prior to PilotCredentials), but I'm wondering if their is an "in" similar to what Delta allows?

Thanks,

HO1088

My understanding is that your friends at SWA can submit an internal recommendation after you have been selected to interview. If you go back through this thread I believe you can find more info on how they can do that. Unfortunately, from what I've been told a few times by different sources, there is not much they can do for you until after you've been called for an interview.

I've been told the same. Leave it to HR.
