Anyone's guess on the new contract. I'm expecting an average of 3% per year, higher 401K contribution, currently 9.3% match, and some changes to our reserve rules.
Unfortunately, I think they're going to try and stuff codeshare/interline agreements into this contract. Thats a big NO vote for me if so.

Current SWA pilots chasing a quicker upgrade are free to jump to Legacies. I'll ride it out here -- living in domicile and making good money -- no reason to jump ship. However, if you're a 30-ish year old you MAY be better off at a Legacy over the course of your career. Only time will tell if that was a good move. A fair amount of guys that bailed on SWA pre-9/11 will regret that decision for the rest of their lives.

Quick question:
Does an applicant need to wait until the next window opens to re-apply? I recently updated my Pilot Creds profile with the type. I did not receive a TBNT email from the last window.
Thanks.

Since the First Officer position opened on March 6th it has not closed. I believe as long as you keep your pilot credentials profile up to date and haven't received a TBNT email then you're still under consideration.
