If SWA is high on your list - get the type. It will put you at the top of the list. I passed on a May interview because I recently got hired by a company higher on my list.

I know two guys trying to get an interview. Both have interviewed in the past and were not selected. Both have the type. One has about 1500 hours in 737-300/400 at another airline.... They haven't gotten a call yet. They're both pure civilian with bachelors degrees and are currently flying elsewhere.

I also am using Centerline Prep. I don't have an interview yet, but they go over your resume and apps. They are on top of the ball. And the one on one is a big plus as well.

What about Emerald Coast? Cage Consulting?
Anyone who has been hired and used a consultant care to chime in on their experience? Seems like some consulting companies have their strength rooted in one company or another. Who kicks a** for a SWA prep?
Just want to be ready for when the day comes!

Honestly, it really isn't going to make much of a difference. All the reputable prep companies are going to do a very good job getting you ready. I used ECC. It was a class act and allowed me to do a one on one later for no charge. Once a client, always a client. Their prep was spot on.
