Pilots Are Fed Up

And it ain't the senior Bubbas that vote yes. Way too many FOs with 100k toys that live paycheck to paycheck. Spread the pain. After June 7, maybe some will wake up and stop enabling the company screw job.
During the last sec 6, an FO I flew with voted yes because his $600 couch would be paid off with a microscopic retro check.

Just a simply thread revival to note that despite the company stalling and dragging out negotiations, I still don't see this pilot group "fed up" when using the day to day operation as a barometer.

Nope. That's cultural. Gonna be tough to change. Guy today (former USMC) told me he came from a place where you "find a way to get the job done" and it's hard to break that habit. Dude, you've been out for 12 years. I think you can let your hair down a little.

Buddy, it is changing very quick. And this pilot group is coming together. Great to see, platform plus. This week should be interesting in San Antonio. Hope all is well!

I'd love to see the company (and mediator's) faces when Platform+ is slapped on the table. Keep dragging it out Gary. If the union is smart (which they have been), then they'll ask for the new DLA rates once they get theirs. It's great to see a union outplay airline management for once.
Hope all is well in PHX.....
