And this is why you don't let anyone with a pulse register. United's system for the military expo they did last year was awesome...you must have a live application and send an email with a resume if you're interested. The company sent invites out based on

At WAI Rocky said they don't want to exclude potential applicants from the in-house job fair who don't meet minimums but are very close. That makes perfect sense. But asking people to send an e-mail and resume if they're interested and then sending invites out based on an assessment of that pool of people would allow the company to make that determination on a case by case basis.
I'd love to know, out of the 400 who attend, how many are truly competitive AND available within a reasonable amount of time.
