What is the millitary flight time range in your class?

Thanks in advance for all the information.

The average TT in my class in late 2015 was 7000, and 18 of 26
Had the type.

Lowest time was about 2000, mil guy.

If you meet the mins, you have a chance. Keep updating your times, but also be sure to verify that your medical date is correct; your update should include last date flown.

Time averages for mil/civ seem to have not changed much over the last 5 or 10 years. You have to take them each individually. Civ is around 8000 tt average (+/-) by all accounts. The turbine pic number doesn't seem to matter as long as it is at least 1000. You can get in with less but you need some other status to get pulled by the computer. Average line pilot with 3000-4000 hours generally won't do it. You might be an aberration, or the numbers might (will) trend down as qualified applicants dry up, but that is the story presently.

I had just under 11,000 total time and 6800 turbine PIC when I got the call. Interviewed in December and start class in February. Looking forward to the next adventure!

Additionally, I have the the 737 type rating from my current job. I'm sure that didn't hurt but it seems to be much less important now.
