No chip, I just don't want to work there. Being crammed in a 737 for the rest of my career doesn't excite me. Nor does upgrading to OAK or BWI reserve after a decade or more and commuting in my twilight years. WN works great for a lot of guys but it isn't a place that I want to hang my hat. Spirit has a long ways to go but being able to set my alarm 2 hours before my report time has a lot of value to me. YMMV.

I agree with the pay, profit sharing and retirement, but have you ever talked to any of their non cool aid drinker pilots? The place isn't what it used to be that's for sure.
