Left is their any of the Management team left over after the strike that would actually remember what happend during the strike? The union needs to get back to "Pilot Career Development Program" (PCDP) to assist fellow pilots to find a company that actually values their skill set. I'm hearing the Company told the union to C/D the PCDP! Is this true? We should sponsor a Pilot Job fair!

With that said, LeftHanded made a correlation between "senior" and "loyal to management". No such relationship existed...and in the end, all struck and none crossed.

You are correct. I did not mean to imply loyalty as to be on management side. Rereading what I wrote it looks like I was implying that. I was not. I'm proud of the fact that no one crossed. I meant to say that management's heavy-handed tactics only unified the pilot group even further.
