From what I was told, he previously had an "oooops" with an aborted takeoff and was on probation still. Also, the person who had to cover his reserve assignment was Teo in DFW..and he was saying how heads would roll over it.

This is probably the FO who was let go a few weeks ago who called out sick for a reserve assignment, but didnt realize that he needed to call in sick for the last day of reserve as well. They called him for that last day, he was out of position at home, final straw.

Doh! Really? ***? PRIA doesn't show why he was fired only training issues. If you're going to show how smart you be very careful.

Know when to stop, clearly that's not what you posted. The guy that got fired will be just fine. People get fired all the time and hired at better jobs. Point is he'll make more money elsewhere with no problem. PRIA only documents issues while in training at 135 and 121 operations. 

To paraphrase:
Other records pertaining to the individual's performance as a pilot...
any release from employment or resignation, termination, or disqualification with respect to employment.
Also not just 135 or 121 ops.
