Doh! Really? ***? PRIA doesn't show why he was fired only training issues. If you're going to show how smart you be very careful. :o

Know when to stop, clearly that's not what you posted. The guy that got fired will be just fine. People get fired all the time and hired at better jobs. Point is he'll make more money elsewhere with no problem. PRIA only documents issues while in training at 135 and 121 operations.
To paraphrase: Other records pertaining to the individual's performance as a pilot... any release from employment or resignation, termination, or disqualification with respect to employment. Also not just 135 or 121 ops. |
You are correct! "AS A PILOT"! No showing for a trip isn't documented even if terminated on PRIA. Said terminated employee isn't in the cockpit so he's not a pilot and not documented on PRIA. It's clearly spelled out what is and isn't covered in PRIA. Only actions as a pilot, training and flying. Go pull your PRIA and look. Training and FAA action(s) is what's PRIA designed to show the new employer. Getting fired is a topic for the interview.
Don't paraphrase, this is directly from the FAA below. PRIA requires that a hiring air carrier under 14 CFR parts 121 and 135, or a hiring air operator under 14 CFR part 125, request, receive, and evaluate certain information concerning a pilot/applicant’s training, experience, qualification, and safety background, before allowing that individual to begin service as a pilot with their company. |
Ahhh, the "whose stick is bigger" back and forth.
Who cares? This started over what, whether or not the terminated pilot will make more money in a new job?" Let's agree that we hope he does and end the back and forth to "one up" the other. |
