I'll find a way to make 38.50 work, I just don't appreciate being called out on a list that A- I wasn't even on anymore when this thread was posted and B- didn't realize was a contract violation because up until last week, nobody has said anything, neither in the flight deck nor MEC blasts.

There's a right and a wrong way to handle things like this. Some people would rather shoot first and ask questions later I guess.

At this point most of the pilots answering calls and picking up open time are either brand new and trying to fly closer to home or are fully aware they are operating contrary to the majority of the pilot group. Calling them out on a public forum is unprofessional and will do nothing to move our contract negotiations forward. Just because a pilot removes himself or herself from the SA list does not mean they are going to stop answering the calls from scheduling.

The few I know that regularly answer the phone do so for their own reasons, they understand they are not seen in a positive light by the rest of the pilot group but they don't really care. It is what it is, they are operating per the CBA (other than one being on the list of SA while on reserve, that should be stopped in FLICA immediately).
