Of course. Because snowflakes don't like hearing opposing views.

I'll ask again. What do we do now?

Simple...I'll take Mrs Av Viii out for a nice seafood dinner, and never call her again.

Agreed. They are the keepers of the info. Always have been. And you know what they've always been late on? Pressure on the company. Where's the vote of no confidence? Where's the readable billboards? Newspaper ads? It's always a half measure that doesn't do crap. Where is the plan?
I listens to the first call. No plan. Now, survey? You've got to be kidding me. These guys are out of ideas. We need new thinking.

That’s an illlegal work action. You’re some sort of special moron. You will hopefully be banned from the site because of your moronic statements.

This pilot does not work for Spirit and no Spirit pilot would advocate an illegal work action such as mentioned by this lost soul. This poster obviously ate lead paint chips as a child and seems to be lost.

You are 100% correct! To many here are naive when it comes to contract negations. They just don't get it.

Full disclosure... I'm not a Spirit pilot.

That said, what specifically is an illegal work action? Billboards? Legal. Vote of no confidence? Legal. Newspaper ads? Also legal. This is assuming the TRO you guys are under doesn't specifically address these issues.

FYI, the TRO doesn't basically says we as a pilot group can't have a concerted effort on sick outs, not picking up open time, mx write ups. etc.
We cans still do all that you mentioned above.

What is the current status of your mediation with the NMB? Additional sessions being scheduled? Have the sessions been iced until further notice?

NOTE: Just looking for facts distributed by your MEC. I DO NOT mean to start another conversation of opinions or public negotiation; as your MEC has plead over and over to refrain from doing so on this forum.
