One of the interview days last month we got a total of 9 guys to show up. That's all 9! The smart money is going elsewhere. Sub standard pay and no upgrade you're better off at a lot of other flying jobs. I think we're getting meatballs now, that's what I'm hearing. 100hrs of OE. LOL! :eek:

Yea, last class was supposed to be 16, 14. Only showed, 1 week into class, only 8 left and they haven't even started sims yet. Now showing a 17 year upgrade to left seat with status quo. That counts retirements.

17 year upgrade? I have friends there with maybe 2 years seniority and seem to think they'll be captains in the next year or so... Will they be in for a rude awakening?

anyone past seniority number 1400 or so will mathmatically never upgrade.. not counting for attrition or retirements and assuming no additional aircraft orders

I thought that seemed pretty optimistic. Where is the 17 year upgrade numbers coming from?

Or pbs. That seniority number could drop by a huge margin
