No, I mean the actual AIP.
All I see are posts saying "Spirit Airlines pilots have reached an Agreement in Principle with Spirit management that addresses the pilots’ pay and job security concerns."

Am I missing something?

That guy was referring to the email we got about the ratification process. Not anything today.

Your killing me Smalls.

Step One–Tentative Agreement
A Tentative Agreement is a full language contract that has not yet been ratified by the pilot group. Once a TA is reached by the Negotiating Committees at the bargaining table, the MEC reviews it and decides whether to send it to the pilot group for a ratification vote. When bargaining from a term sheet like the current situation at Spirit, the negotiators often reach an Agreement in Principle (AIP) prior to writing the full language of a Tentative Agreement. Depending on the breadth of issues involved, the timeframe from reaching an AIP to a full language TA can be a few days to a couple of weeks.

Direct from the email sent last week.
