What’s reserve like as a FLL FO? Are you called in much to fly or sit Airport ready reserve?

Currently weighing up my options upgrading to CA at Envoy moving to MIA or changing to Spirit. Plan is to move to FLL at the end of the year.

No ready reserve here...as of this contract

Just out of curiosity, why on earth would you leave Envoy especially when you are going to upgrade and have a guarantee flow into A/A to come here to Spirit.
