I’ve heard a lot of senior guys say the biggest reason why they are voting NO is that they don’t want the junior guys to have to suffer through the “terrible” reserve language. None of the junior guys I have talked to give a crap and are ready for a pay raise lol.

you know, you don't have to be so abhorrent, your precious is going to pass with 77/23 percent margin....plus no one in the union will be rescheduled into red-eye turns....

Finally someone who makes sense. When they say at the road show “this is the best we could do” I am not convinced. The pay scale alone is enough to vote No. was in GS 2 days ago and out of 8 people, only 2 were YES FWIW
