I think your indoc is still in FLL, but you can request the Sim in DFW. They’ll send you to where they have availability.

Which base is JR right now? Any thoughts on how long it would take to get LAS?

Probably 2 months. About 50 numbers up from the bottom of seniority is holding LAS FO. Junior base is ACY followed by DTW.

Thanks!

Would you say that the flying at Spirit is pretty stable, or is it trending more to one coast or the other? I took a look at the route map tool on the company page but its a little difficult to determine what a normal day might be like. I live in LA so a commute to LAS is super easy, where as a longer commute may turn it into a 2+ leg commute.

LAS has a lot of red-eye flying, but less legs per day than the other bases, I like it because easy commute. Normally start day 1 at 11pm with red-eye to the east coast, back to base day3/4 at 11pm. Lots of these are 1leg/day

Thanks for the info, that sounds like it wouldn't be a problem for me. I'm looking into Spirit down the road, I currently fall a little short of preferred mins. Just trying to get an idea of the QOL and what might be expected.
