Either way, if someone wants to know SOMETHING about how junior upgrade goes, he may well want to know MORE about how junior upgrade goes.

How many 190 captains do yall have? Any idea how many are senior enough to hold either of the other fleets? No need to dig if this info isn't readily available. Curiosity getting the best of me today.

220ca also goes to Jan 2019 in December. The 320/220 fleets are essentially the same seniority.
there are 393, 190 captains senior to the junior 320/220 captain in December, but as you know those are being replaced for 220’s so they will just be absorbed into the other fleets as the 220 grows.
this will also drop the 320/220 upgrade time
down towards the current 190 times, as they are phased out and replaced. They will most likely be completely gone before any spirit and JB pilots share a cockpit.

Thank you Capt Obvious. That is what he asked for. But it's still useful info to ADD to the answer. Spirit doesn't have awards through the end of the year, we do. So he may not even know to ask.

Very senior. You will likely never upgrade into ACY at status quo, and likely never reach a top 10% FO schedule before upgrading into another base. FO was around 9 months to a line last i checked. Best chance at staying close to home if working for Spirit for the duration of a career is hoping for a new base, whether it's EWR, PHL, or BWI.
