Pay related

Hi guys,

Hope you are all doing well at Spirit. Can someone chime in & tell me how long it would realistically take to make 100k/yr at Spirit? Thank you.

Not to be a jerk but you literally can look at the spirit profile on this website and figure it out yourself like a big boy. But since you can’t, probably second year if you are no longer on reserve and work above min guarantee.

Make 100k your first year by selling steak knives.

Second year pay is ~$109 3/1/19 after A321 Override so I'd say you'll be about there by then.

Live in base, bid res and go get a second job! I've been working 3 to 6 days a month since July. This month 3 days total.

After your 1 year anniversary at Spirit.

If you make 104.42/ hr as a 2 year FO and can fly at least 80 hours a month X 12 months= a little over 100K

Training pay/year one

I am getting conflicting information regarding training pay. Is it still around $1,000/month plus $750/month per diem? If so, is it true that the maximum time that you can be on training pay is 90 days?

The other thing I am trying to figure out is if the training pay is only 1,000/month, when does year 2 pay start? On the anniversary of starting class, or the anniversary of training completion? Thanks. Trying to figure out the financial details.

Anniversary of starting class. I think training pay lasts until either you compete OE or someone junior to you does.
