Also they look at who put themselves on "Call First"

Yup...it's the way it always should've been. It's the only way seniority is honored on reserve.

Can someone please tell me the DOH for the most junior line-holder at each base? Thank you!

Does that decide whether or not to apply to Spirit? Plan 6-12 months of reserve for all the bases.

This is such a moving number it’s hard to post. If you were a new hire in class today the numbers may be completely different when you finally hit the line. I’d plan for 12 months and most likely it will be less than that.

ORD was kind of an anomaly for this NOV with only 59 hard lines (~140 pilots per seat). I heard they ran a new pairing optimizer for ORD to test it out for November which ended up creating less lines but higher time trips. Word was it should be back to normal in December but who knows.

They must’ve done the same for DFW. ~160 pilots/seat, 67 lines.
