Not to be a jerk but you literally can look at the spirit profile on this website and figure it out yourself like a big boy. But since you can’t, probably second year if you are no longer on reserve and work above min guarantee.

I am getting conflicting information regarding training pay. Is it still around $1,000/month plus $750/month per diem? If so, is it true that the maximum time that you can be on training pay is 90 days?
The other thing I am trying to figure out is if the training pay is only 1,000/month, when does year 2 pay start? On the anniversary of starting class, or the anniversary of training completion? Thanks. Trying to figure out the financial details.

Anniversary of starting class. I think training pay lasts until either you compete OE or someone junior to you does.
