Default Flow

Is the GoJet to Spirit a flow? I heard 1 year as Captain with GoJet and you can move to Spirit without an interview. What am I missing here?

What is it exactly? They’re making it sound like a flow.

It is a flow. No interview. It’s a flow, you just have to give GoJet the required time. You have to pass some computerized testing before you flow. Still a flow.

That's not necessarily a flow. a true flow is literally just wait for the number and you are in, no exception, no testing. That's a true flow.

I hear you, but that testing isn’t that hard. We all passed it.

Hype! Just talked to my friend in training and 10 new hire FO's a month till January 2019. Upgrades are slowing way down ~3 a month. Ouch! We don't need "Gojet" flow anytime soon. Plus Spirit has all the Skywest pilots they need for new hire FO classes. LOL
