Can't say it's true...
Has anyone heard the newest rumor that company is stalling on PBS because they do not want the rigs ?

Doesn't matter if they want them or not. We get them per the contract after one year from when the vendor was chosen. The vendor was chosen in June or July (can't remember) and if we aren't even running parallel now we won't go life until at least march or April. They're going to stall for 1-2 months? Ok.

Seriously, how many guys voted but had no idea what they voted for?

Didn't the last union email also talk about how smoothly the JPWG was hammering things out?

The rigs are coming regardless, according to the agreement...
Anyone else heard that the company does not want PBS?
Isn't Allegiant going through something similar and voted to strike?

"Seriously, how many guys voted but had no idea what they voted for?"
If they knew what they were voting for, this POS would have never passed!

That's a baseless rumor. I correspond with the JPWG at least once a month and so far every one of their responses is "Things are moving at an unexpected pace" as if they didn't realize the company would be going so well with everything. Parallel bidding will be here by march at the latest.

Where do you get your info from? Allegiant voted to strike? Allegiant got their contract last year. If there's a labor dispute over the language it will be taken to arbitration.

Might be a good time to brush up on the railway labor act. Or maybe you're just trolling us?

He's right. Allegiant's pilot group did vote to authorize a strike because they don't agree with the way their company is implementing the new contract. I don't know all the details but it's true.

Allegiant Pilots Authorize Strike by 93% Vote

They can vote to authorize a strike all they want. Not going to happen legally. This will all go to arbitration.

When was the last time this company stuck to a planned timeline?

This. All god damn day. It’s hilarious you think because Spirit signed a CBA that has a “hard date” for PBS that it’s going to happen by said date of implementation.
