I have been told from multiple sources that with the recent Lion Air 737 Max order cancellation (see link on bottom) Boeing is under even more pressure to give us a deal more that what was mentioned before. And with that Spirit had already placed the order for some of (or all) Lion Air’s cancellations and like others have said it will be anncouned by our new CEO after the new year. The other advantage that Spirit had with picking up these orders from where Lion Air left off is that we don’t have to wait long to start taking the MAX’s since they have been in the queue for a while. Also it’s part of Spirits model to get the newer fuel efficient planes (just like our NEO’s)

I was also told by someone in the training department that we will actually be getting out first sim for it 2Q19. When I say getting our first sim, I’m sure it’s like what we are doing with AFG.

Oh look, you have more inside knowledge that is never actually true. Man you sure have a ton of " sources " who tend to know squat. I'm starting to think you actually working at Spirit might be false.

Its the source, you.

Let me think....you’ve been a washout Spirit pilot, a FA, a current Spirit pilot....wonder what the truth is

You’ve named every city in the Western Hemisphere as a “new destination” from your “reliable sources”.

So you are a troll. Plain and simple. Troll

Maybe not. Welcome new VP of FLTOPS Jeff Miller who has recent experience bringing 'new aircraft types into the fleet'.

This place is going to really suck if we get 737's.

Yup. Troll.

So this guy also has experience in turbo prop fleets, guess that means we might get ATRs or Dash 8s too?

Wasn’t he at AirTran too? Think that means we might be getting 717s as well?

Try to not squint too hard when connecting non existent dots, you might strain something.

I’m not wanting 737’s necessarily either, but any plane order I’ll be happy for.

But speaking of dumb rumors this one takes the cake. Why the heck would Spirit operate an airline with two different fleet types that are of the same capacity....

Maybe Boeing will throw in a few 787s to sweeten the deal on 737s. You know, since we’re posting BS.
