2 Heads up games I know
The first, It’s pretty filthy. It involves at least 6 people, 12 feet of chicken wire, a 12 piece extra crispy from KFC, (original recipe could work), and a gallon of neon body paint.
The second is calling classmates to tell them you got an offer of employment, giving them the heads up for a call.
So they played either one of these

Congrats man! It’s super laid back. All the TMAAT questions are on the gouges. The rest is just chatting with them about your experience.

Don’t be a d-bag... they’ve done an above average job of keeping them off of our list...your essentially pledging a fraternity...enjoy the experience

I know you’ve heard this before but just be yourself. The people doing the hiring are good people. Crack a joke, relax as much as you can, and you’ll do fine. Spirit does a good job of removing the stress that other airlines add to their interview process. You’re not going to lose the job because you wore the wrong color tie or sat in the wrong chair. They’re looking for three things... experience (which you’ve already proved you had by getting the interview but training here isn’t a joke and certain backgrounds struggle with our training), good personality, and do you really want to work here long term. They’re good at sniffing out the people that don’t meet the latter two criteria. Good luck!

I know of at least one from my interview group who didn’t get hired. But, they definitely seemed like they wanted to hire everyone. Seems like as long as you didn’t lie about anything on the app/phone interview, act professional, interact with everyone, and have fun you should be fine.
